From the inception of the initiatives executed by members of the respective peace panels, as well as the generally perceived unorthodox approach of President Benigno Simeon Aquino III in handling negotiations with the leaders of the Moro Rebellion (MILF bloc), he has consistently rallied support to contribute and further generate morale to effectively promote an enabling social-climate amongst stakeholders in Muslim Mindanao.
